Good morning!

Sorry for being a day late with your favorite newsletter. 😃

My power was out for about 30 hours.  Mine and about 15K other South Bay SoCal Edison customers. 

Edison's blaming it on 'equipment failure.'   And as a press member, I'm inquiring exactly what that means.  I'll let you know as soon as I receive an answer.

Meanwhile, Newsom is saying California's grid is

"ready to make the change"

to EVs.  Moreover it "needs to advance that change with much more urgency."  

So, that's interesting...
