Happy New Year's Eve!

What. A. Year.  Interesting, to say the least - wouldn't you say?

Lots to cover in this newsletter.  Including some sad news and a reminder that life is precious.  A gift that can be taken from us without notice.  

Dano, aka DanoLive, was killed Christmas Day while

shooting a video at an illegal street race in Carson

.  Daniel Patten was a bit of an internet celebrity here in SoCal.  He was a regular documenting car meets and events for his

and

social media

channels.  Reportedly cars that were racing lost control, striking spectators and killing Dano at the scene.  Here's a link being shared for a

Car guys and gals are lucky to live in Southern California.  So let's all encourage keeping racing, drifting, and the like to one of the many tracks we have.  Some options include
