Greetings,

Monitoring the price of a gallon of gasoline has become a horror show.  We're at all-time historical highs right now.  And there's no end to the rise in sight.  How high will gas prices go?  No one knows.  

But what we do know is that EVs are coming.  And the Biden administration would seemingly love for us all to be driving them now.  Or yesterday.

But there are some major problems to that notion.  For example:

• If all cars were magically EVs tomorrow - we wouldn't have enough stations to charge them.

• If we magically had enough stations to charge them - we wouldn't have the infrastructure to get power to the stations.

• If we magically could get power to the stations - we wouldn't have enough power to push through the infrastructure.

• If we magically had enough power to push through the infrastructure - it would be from burning fossil fuels and nuclear energy.

These issues seem fundamentally obvious to me and you.  But it's shocking that our lawmakers don't see it.  As if we're living in an alternate reality - or maybe they are?!
